  • How to place a bulk order?
    Bulk Order Program At untapped, we want to inspire people to live a better life and sustainable lifestyle. So we officially launched the bulk order program to invite you to join us to make better clothing for more. General Questions *What is the minimum quantity of a batch order? At least 20. (But quantities less than 20 are negotiable) *Do you offer wholesale accounts or dropshipping partnerships? Yes. We offer wholesale partnerships now. *How do I place an order? Once you’ve received your quote and determined that you’d like to proceed, we will send you an invoice. At that time, we will also ask for your payment information. You will be able to review your invoice and confirm your order before proceeding to payment. Upon receiving your payment information, we will place your order and send you the package tracking number once your order is shipped. *Do You Offer Samples? We do not send out samples for now. If you want to sample a product before ordering, please place an order directly through our website. *Do you offer embroidery/customization services on your products? Currently, we offer embroidery and size customization for part of the products. Please kindly know that an extra fee is needed for embroidery or custom service. *Can I bulk order items that are out of stock? If a specific colorway/size of a product you'd like to bulk order is out of stock or only available for pre-order, we'll consider it after receiving your products list and let you know. *Can I return all or part of my bulk order? No. Bulk orders do not support the return policy for now.
  • What should I do if the package is damaged in transit?
    a) When you receive the parcel, first of all, please check if the package is damaged.If the package is OK, then you are supposed to check whether the products are in good condition. If there are any problems mentioned above, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us in time. b) If you encounter the condition that the parcel must be signed before it can be checked. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if there is no problem then you can give the receipt to the courier. If there is any problem, please give feedback to the courier and contact us immediately. (It is suggested you take pictures of the package box, product boxes, products, waybill, etc. And pictures should be clear and easy to identify. ) c) If you(or your client) do not check the parcel and signed, the commitment that logistics undertakes transportation risk will end. Thank you for your understanding.
  • How to change my shipping address?
    The first thing to do is send us an email or give us a call (email is preferred) stating you need to change your shipping address. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers. Please kindly note we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status to make sure you can receive your order. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Why have i not received my goods ordered?
    Generally, we need about 1 to 2 working days to process an order before sending it out. However, if you request the customization service or monogramming service, please allow four or more working days in the processing time. ​ Once items are shipped out, we will send you a shipping email. And you can also track your order via Track Order Details at the below of the website or through logging into your account. The shipping time may vary from country to country. ​If there is no tracking number updated or the tracking information does not update for about five days, please feel free to contact our email info@untappedshop.com
  • How come my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?
    We suggest you look around for your parcel first. For example, you can ask your neighbors if they see your parcel or check the condition with the entrance guard. Also, you should contact the local express company for further information. If you still haven't found your parcel, please contact us. We will try our best to help you solve the issue.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, Untapped Ships to most countries and regions worldwide and will provide you with the tracking information after your order ships out. Please kindly note that P.O.
